Whether you are a new trustee or looking for a refresher, join us and other local trustees to improve your knowledge around what good governance looks like.

When you register, we will send you some questions to think about in advance to help you get the most from this session. You can also send us questions in advance if there are specific issues you want the trainer to focus on during the session.

By the end of the session, you will :

  • understand what Trustees do in a charity
  • see how your experience and skills contribute to good governance
  • identify areas to improve your knowledge

Trainer

Emily Ballantyne has worked as a senior manager in the charity sector for over 20 years and has extensive experience of business and strategic planning, organisational development and multi-agency partnership working.
