The Sussex VCSE Leaders Alliance (SVLA), a project of Community Works, is hosting this event to provide an update on Integrated Community Teams (ICTs).

The health and care services landscape is evolving, driven by the Health and Care Act 2022, and shifting towards a more collaborative, partnership-based approach to service delivery. The Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector plays a critical role in ensuring that these partnerships effectively serve our communities and individuals.

As part of this transformation, the development of 16 geographically focused Integrated Community Teams (ICTs) across Sussex will be undertaken over the next five years. These teams will be tailored to address the specific needs of the communities they serve.

This upcoming webinar will provide:

  • An overview of our journey so far and the future ahead, including the neighbourhood level mapping of needs and existing support.
  • Specific overview and updates on developments across East Sussex, West Sussex, and Brighton & Hove.
  • Guidance on how VCSE organisations can actively participate in this process.
  • An opportunity for you to provide valuable feedback.

The aim of the Sussex VCSE Leaders Alliance is to bring the community, voluntary and social enterprise sector together with health and care partners in Sussex to shape services and tackle health inequalities in the area.

Before attending the webinar, we encourage you to register here for access to the Sussex VCSE Leaders Alliance Intranet, where you can find additional background information that will be helpful.

We look forward to your participation on 26th September.
