The Trustee Board collaborate and have a collective responsibility for directing and developing our strategy and policy, ensuring a commitment to Community Works values and aims.

Did you know to be become a trustee you don’t need have to previous experience of being part of charity, being a trustee or within a similar role?

Are you willing to learn, share our values and bring a passion and enthusiasm for making our communities better places for everyone to live?

You could bring valuable experience from your personal life, as a volunteer or other community activity, as well as from your work.

We are especially keen to establish a more diverse board of trustees bringing a range of voices, skills, backgrounds and experiences and encourage people, who would usually not consider themselves in this role. We welcome applications from whichever part of the Community you live, work or volunteer in.
