Integrated Community Teams (ICTs)*** bring together health and social care services across a local area to meet community needs, reduce health inequalities, and take preventative action. The ICT workforce is made up of professionals working together across different organisations, including primary care, mental health, local authorities, and the VCSE.

A new ICT model has been developed for Brighton & Hove. Come and learn about the development of new ICT Partnership Groups, hear the latest Sussex ICT update, and what it means for you as an organisation focused on health and social care outcomes in Brighton & Hove.

It will be an interactive event with the opportunity to ask questions, give feedback, and discuss with peers.
